Interiors Photography for Magazine Advertising

For the past few years I’ve had the priveledge of working with Maud and Brian at Union Place Interiors, located in downtown Excelsior. They are a long established local business serving both interior design and home tech innovation needs in our area by creating spaces that seamlessly pair clean design with modern technology.

Maud, like many small business owners in our area, does a great job regularly photographing her most recent projects but hates to be “in” the photos herself. After a brief conversation about it she said “I really do need to start showing my face in advertising, it just gets such a better response!” I knew we’d be able to deliver amazing images that she’d love to use where both her and her amazing work would be included.

I know working with a photographer is often a new experience, so I’ve tried to help you out with a handful of blog posts to address common questions, showcase past projects and highlight the wonderful Twin Cities based businesses I have the opportunity to work with!

About me: I live in Minnetonka with my pack of two rowdy boys, golden retriever doggie and pretty-boy cat. I’ve been 6ft tall since 9th grade (not cool in the late 90’s!). When I’m not holding a camera, I love to be outside with the family, travel (ask me about our recent trip to Munich!)
